So I got these shoes, and I really like them, but they gave me blisters on my heels, don't all flats do that they first time you wear them?

Day 73
So I got these shoes, and I really like them, but they gave me blisters on my heels, don't all flats do that they first time you wear them?
Day 72
Day 71
On Friday I had a day off, so I went to the DOL to take my written. I had originally planned on being there right when it opened at 8:30, but since the unexpected late night due to pep band, I didn't get there until 10:30ish, so I wait there for about 2 and a half hours before I take my test. Ugh. Luckily, I passed, so I will be taking my driving test on April 2nd!
Day 70
This is a shirt my aunt and uncle got me as a "happy birthday"/"yay! you made the tennis team" gift. It was green AND said Seattle AND had tennis on it. It was actually in the men's section, so it's a little big, but I wear it anyway.
OH I have a quick but horrible story. On Wednesday, I had pep band because my school's girls basketball team made it to the state tournament. Well, they won that game so they had another one on Thursday. So it's supposed to start at 8:30, we get there and sit for a while when they tell us that there's been a delay. A game earlier in the day had gone into double overtime, so everything was late. We ended up watching the second half of a game, another game, and THEN our game, which didn't start until 10:30 (this is pm by the way). So it doesn't end until midnight and by the time we get back to school, (we were in Tacoma), it's 1:00 in the morning. It was AWFUL. Luckily, we had Friday off. :)
Day 69
This day was my birthday! (March 10) Now, I am 17 years old. These are two things I got for my birthday, new converse and a key necklace. :) It was a pretty good day, but I had school, then tennis, then pep band and didn't get home until 10-ish :(. But it was still good! My mom made me these delicious chocolate and peanut butter cupcakes, YUM. Ooh! I also got (500) Days of Summer. :) Okay, the end.
Day 67
Day 65
Ugh. Sorry I'm so late again. I suck. But anyway, these are two small pictures I bought when I was in Ireland two years ago (almost exactly). My school's marching band went to Ireland for 10 days to march in the St. Patrick's Day parade in Dublin, (which was SUPER cool, by the way). So, it being March, I was just reminded of Ireland, and how sometimes I miss it.

Day 54
Day 52
I got these new sun glasses yesterday at JC Penney. I like them a lot. I only got to wear them one day though, because now it's been cloudy again, though it was really sunny over the weekend. ALSO it was a good day for hockey! USA beat Canada and Sweden beat Finland! I usually don't like hockey, but I do like the Olympics.

Day 50
Day 49
Today I went to UW with Emily and we got a tour from Hil Lyons. Then when Amanda's classes were finished we went to U Village. We ate Noah's Bagels and went into H&M. Then afterward I went to see Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief, which was pretty good. It didn't follow the book very closely though, which made me wonder, wouldn't it be easier to follow the book? They've got the whole plot line laid out for them, why would they make up a totally new one? It just doesn't make sense to me. It was still a pretty good movie, though.

Day 47
Day 46
Day 45
Day ten of Love: Happy Valentine's Day! It was about 1 degree this morning, and NOT in Celsius! Today was the Sunday morning service and then we were shipped of to wait at the airport for hours. Literally. We got there at 2:00 and our flight wasn't until 7:35. It was horrible because the Billings airport had about 5 gates and one restaurant. At one point there were only eight people, (not including workers), in the whole airport. Five of them being TYB members. Ugh. But at least it was a nice and toasty 48 degrees when we got off the plane in Seattle.
Day 44
Day nine of Love: snow heart! On Saturday we went to the Bilings Corps, and rehearsed, and then we had a brass clinic with the kids at the corps. Most of them were very new to playing, two months at the most. Then we went to a senior center for a short concert where they had this delicious Mardi Gras punch. Then we went to Montana State University- Billings for an Advisory Board dinner and concert. After that, we got back to the hotel at around 9:00-ish, and there was a Denney's a few blocks away, so a few of us braved the cold and went to Denney's. On the way back, a few of us decided to play in the snow :).
Day 43
Day eight of Love: This was taken late at night, I almost forgot to take a picture. So today we left for Billings Corps at around 8:300-ish. We rehearsed from 9:00 until 12:30, then had an hour for lunch. Then we pretty much rehearsed until 5:00. At five we did some community service. Half of us went around Billings feeding people out of a canteen truck. The other half got to go with one of the kids from the corps to Walmart and go shopping for new clothes. It was really good, but I was really tired afterward!

Day 25
The semester ends this Friday, and finals are on Thursday and Friday. I was studying for AP U.S. History, and took a picture of my homework sheet. We've been reviewing different things these last few weeks, and tomorrow it's everything from 1607-1920, or Jamestown through the Treaty of Versailles. Oh, dear.
